lets tok bout flabs, cuz i juz realised i'm collectin loads more then i shld.
Ching lin needs to kayak. miss kayakin. i need to exercise. could it be i went for track trainin after not goin for 1.5 mths, and i couldn't even do the usual without panting like a mad hound. terrible.
i need to go exercise bad.
oh~.. and must train for the upcoming 1500m heats (not like i plannin to get into semi-f), AND also train for the NIKE real run AND the triathlon. woohoo! so fun. ha.
oright. back to the flabs. wads the use of buildin muscles when they turn to jiggly, useless stuff when u dun work them out? its depressin they haf to turn out that way. and since it belongs to a girl specifically, its even easier for it to turn to mush (squish!) ha. anyway. this leads to a slight depression (yes, build matters), which will then make one decide that exercise is wad one needs and promise to do juz that. but now wait. its 2004 , and hey! we're doin our Os... could it be we haf very little time for other things and stayin in skool to rot wid all those activities is the only timetable we got?
yea.
so, i'll make my mind up, and the nearest place to go to is the stadium and gym. yea. triathlon!. woohoo! *tummy growls*
